*A physical examination by your doctor can reveal many issues before they become a problem.  Therefore, a physical examination is required with vaccinations.

**If scheduling for Boarding, please enter dates needed in space provided below boarding.  Your pet needs to be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (dogs only).  If needed your pet may have them done the day you drop off for boarding.  An exam is required with all vaccines.

General Appointment Hours:
9:00am- 8:30pm on Mondays, and Thursdays.

9:00am - 12:00pm and 2:00pm - 6:00pm on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Fridays. 

9:00a.m. - 12:00p.m. on Saturdays.
